In re: Barack Obama and John McCain

Now that the primary season has produced the presumptive candidates of the two major parties; one has to deliberate over the folly of the ritualism of these persons and the culture.

The emperor has no clothes…

The barbaric conditions that have persisted over the last 21 years has no agenda with either figure. The economy is being wrecked along with a despoiled environment. Monetarism has debased the American dollar to the point where it has been displaced by the Euro. America has flourished when it genuinely was a true leader.

In contrast a true electoral fraud is ongoing today in Zimbabwe courtesy of the despot Robert Mugabe who has no shame in laying bare an ole school power play to retain power.

The American culture and human species has a great lesson to learn in the exploitative marginalization tactics that are being used to oppress and alienate one and the collective from spiritual and civil justice.

The American presidency is probably within a decade or two from being exposed as a system of charlatans who sold their citizens down the river.

I genuinely enjoy pointing out that I am one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico. At the present the myth is more important than the person.

The two candidates are most surely investing time in vetting their vice-presidential candidates and raising funds.

I personally have two choices as spiritual survivalist. Externally one can find a defensible spot and hunker down and wait for aid or attempt to walk out or fight. Since I have no access to real courts (I have made over 26 federal suits that would have stopped this event.), the rational use of legal documents in a historical context is and was a correct territorial decision.

I do not see how any real transparent legal venue could vindicate any sworn duty bound official who was correctly brought before the court.

Currently I have spent much time and energy refuting personal ad-hominem as a red-herring attack against myself that I pertain to the LGBT orientation. The truth is that the law enforcement officials that are running this operation are LGBT oriented. This in degree is LAPD. They are a Gay Militia that is attempting to avenge LGBT history.

In this regards they also do not have anything positive to contribute to so such. They have created a know nothing culture. This in essence is a subcomponent of Gay Irrationalism. This has definitively affected the presidents of whom I am attempting to make a refutation.

The current president, George W. Bush is the nation’s disaster president. He has severely mismanaged the country. Homeland Security is going to be his death knell in posterity. He has been dogged by scandal as well. Only Vice President Cheney and Secretary of State Rice remain.

His page on the site is nearly empty yet he to date is the most important figure as more despoliation has clearly occurred during his two terms.

Gay Marriage has become legal as of June 16, 2008 in California. I strongly oppose such. I am a spiritual conservative and will easily have my ideological values contrasted with Busch and his predecessors.

I have much work to do on content and a reformatting of this site. The President's Libraries have permission to use all the materials for academic and legal work.

I am now concerned with prosecution of all sworn officials and agents who are culpable.

Criminal Determinism: Nativism, Socialization, and Sexuality

One of the most important observations in the history of MOEC is that criminal determinism is largely predicated on being an informant. Within this argument there is a conflict between a priori internal genetics and inductive socialization.

Here it is observable that the construction of the Gay Militia within LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are LGBT. The Delaware State Police are mostly heterosexual. I am not sure of the Baltimore PD. This information is what I have heard from these individuals hence again what is called hearsay. This is the auditory stimulus that I am being exposed to allegedly from the membership of theses structures. Conversely I am solidly heterosexual and any study of my lifespan will verify such.

Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non-managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. Drug abuse, alcohol use, and other behavior that is socialized by a negative relation with a code enforcement official is also prominent.

In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. The Baltimore - Washington area is most likely to have also produced the highest crime rate in the last twenty years.

The construction in Los Angeles PD for permitting twenty white LGBT officers to work exclusively is a tremendous error. This cell structure will only magnify their worst characteristics without checks. There should have been diversity and direct supervision both within and without LAPD.

The Baltimore Studio or The Studio has a five to two ratio of African Americans and two Caucasians.

The systematic torture is also predicated on an inferiority complex. Most displacement or the use of a substitute target is related to such. Here a nexus with body dysmorphic disorder is observed in a supporting role to psychopathy. The average Body Mass Index for LGBT persons is easily between 30 -38. Obesity is over 30. Barack Obama, on June 3, 2008 became the first African American to clinch the presidential nomination of a major political party. Obama by using a mantra of Change defeated a resurgent Hillary Clinton who seeked to be the first woman to stake such a claim. Clinton’s main policy issue was universal healthcare. It took within one hour of the close of an arduous primary campaign to cinch the nomination. A orchestrated flow of superdelegates gave Obama the needed majority at the close of the South Dakota polls which he lost. Obama won the final Montana primary which closed an hour later.

Personally, I was in Westwood, California and had just turned on my laptop after recharging such with a small battery of solar panels in the forest. This was slightly before 6:00 PST. On MSNBC, Hillary Clinton was speaking in New York City. I was able to view this live. Only recently has the modem speed on my smartphone service been able t o delivery about the equivalent of 54kbs which would permit me to watch such in real time. I normally would not watch regular television and I just left my small handheld transistor radio at the bus stop for whomever wanted it.

John McCain has already locked up the Republican nomination and Barack Obama will face this war hero for the presidency.

One of the most prominent measures of a president is the ability to identify and solve the problem and crises that the nation faces. Hence George Washington in defeating the British and being the first president is considered by many to be the greatest leader. Abraham Lincoln is gaining strongly in this measure by ending slavery.

George Bush is the crisis president. One must consider that 9-11 must have some blame placed on his predecessors. Needless to state Bush did not recognize me. I usually state such in the subject header of emails as In re: Nollmeyer. This is in conformity with the Rules For the United States Supreme Court and one could recognize such as in the styling of an extraordinary writ.

The United States or the leadership still has not recognized a chemical assault against the nation. All public officials in my cognition have no known objective remedy and records to the internal crisis which may construed as an act of war. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School is the authorship and origin. LAPD contains a Gay Militia which is leading the attack with the Delaware State Police and Baltimore Police Department as lower level co-principals.

At the present date neither candidate for the president is an agent of positive real change. John McCain and Barack Obama will only prove that democracy does not lead to freedom. Such leads to totalitarianism and a Perfect Dictator. This is a democratically elected system that gradually marginalizes and enslaves it citizens.

In lieu of this on has to consider if the Democratic and Republican Parties are not RICO structures hence racketeered influenced corrupt organizations that should be dismantled and divested.

Governor George Deukmejian of CA and Gov. Michael Dukakis, Democratic Presidential candidate 1992 come to mind. 1996 Republican presidential candidate Senator Bob Dole also should also be mentioned with now Senator and onetime Delaware Governor Thomas Carper.

In review; prominent federal officials, state, and local officials from June 17, 1987 henceforward should be kept in scrutiny.

Hillary Clinton is 121 delegates away from being defeated. Ted Kennedy is in the hospital. President Bush has claimed that the Democrats may appease agents of terrorism. Barack Obama appears to be everything but change. His offer to debate homeland security “anytime, anyplace, anywhere” will only prove that he is part of the Perfect Dictator. Chelsea Clinton is emerging as a latent political force. Slowly but surely she has appeared regularly and as needed to aid in her mother's Quixotic presidential
campaign. As the race has narrowed she has also faced greater scrutiny than standard photo-op fare.

Chelsea Clinton has more than a story to tell. She has spent most of her adolescent and adult life in the shadow of presidential and power politics. When
Bill Clinton was first elected president I was in San Diego, California I remember sitting in Balboa Park just north of the Navy Hospital when he won the
1992 election. I slept at night right at the beginning of the 163 Highway entrance into downtown. This was amazing given the horrid conditions. I used to
marvel at the eagles that still survived there and a red fox that had it's home under the hospital.

I was in Washington DC for the Vietnam Vet ceremony. I can remember the photos of tye-dye Chelsea in the papers and how she was an excellent student at a top
flight prep school.

The air every evening was chemically sprayed most likely from the police. Hillary Clinton is using her work in promoting Universal Healthcare as a
cornerstone of experience and career. Chelsea along with Barack Obama and the Bush twins, Barbara and Jenna are being groomed as the scapegoats for this
debacle. Chelsea was born on February 27, 1980. The Twins were born November 25, 1981. Obama was born August 4, 1961.

Hence, in 2116 I would be prepared to suffer the implications for OFFICIAL RECOGNITION, defection, and the sanitization of History.

Just as Zeus had to slay his father Cronus. Chelsea, Jenna, and Barbara might need transactional immunity as they will be sworn under oath in a grand jury to
testify against their father and mother.

Chelsea has had a life sheltered from criticism. She is an active political operative in the win or lose political game.

Hillary Clinton has continued her odyssey and Quixotic quest to be the Democratic presidential nominee. Her 55 to 45 percent victory in Pennsylvania has gained at least 11 delegates and 3.5 million dollars which she badly needs.

Barack Obama emerged from the bruising contest condemning the trivial spectacles that are dominating a very close contest with dedicated surrogates exploiting every cut and weakness. Obama appealed to followers to help him change the world. My response is that Hillary and Bill Clinton helped destroy the United States by not recognizing the chemical attack over person and the legal sovereign citizen relation to protect the nation.

Obama is not change. Any continuation of the status quo is damage to him and he is a sworn official. John McCain if elected, and the strife in the Democratic race is helping, will be the oldest president if elected. I have a respectable record against him and Governor Janet Napolitano as I have been an Arizona resident and frequent the Colorado River area often.

There are three major candidates left standing as the last round of primaries are scheduled to resume April 22, 2008. Barack Obama has about a 120 delegate lead. Hillary Clinton appears to be winning in Pennsylvania and Indiana while Barack Obama appears to have secured North Carolina. John McCain is said to defeat either democrat by about 300 delegates to 200 in a hypothetical election.

Barack Obama - Obama is campaigning on a platform of hollow change. This change seems to be based more on a belief that he himself is change than any practical tangible agenda. Presidents are evaluated on their ability to identify problems and solve them. Obama has made just over 4 million dollars as an author in 2007. Where has he ever did anything to oppose the systematic torture that has been placed over me? Barack Obama suffers from selective perception which needs to be corrected so he can see what needs to changed.

Hillary Clinton - The New York Senator is campaigning with universal healthcare and her experience in the Whitehouse as her cornerstones. President Bill Clinton condoned the Orwellian chemical assault by gay militants which continues today. Hillary must have Whitehouse experience in this abuse. She is now the classic profile of Munchausen’s by proxy syndrome of a mother that deliberately sickens her child than goes to any length to restore its health This is an ad absurdum but is working to some degree.

John McCain - McCain a Vietnam War Veteran with 5 and 1/2 years spent in the Hanoi Hilton. He is campaigning on a platform of Homeland Security, securing the borders, and eliminating earmarks. The senator can expect to have his reputation as a hero destroyed as the casualties and damages from systematic torture during his tenure becomes manifest and cannot be contained by an informant state.

The political witchunt season has opened with Barack Obama on the verge of bandwagonning Hillary Clinton. To make issues worse for Clinton a Dallas motorcycle officer was killed while providing security for her in Texas this morning.

Yesterday the New York Times published a story that attempted to link John McCain with a lobbyist in a romantic manner. Republican representative Renzi has been indicted in Arizona regarding land deals.

I have a strong linkage to Arizona and Senator McCain has less than a heroic record defending this state. He has stated in his refutation of the Times article that he has never performed and act that would compromise his public service.

Barack Obama has found success in the Democratic forum with change for the sake of change.

As seen he should be directly contrasted with the real history of the United States and myself.

Barack Obama is a perpetuation of a Perfect Dictator.

Tomorrow is Presidents Day. Kosovo has declared independence from Serbia this morning. It is shocking to note the brazen corruption of the race for president now and since 1987. John McCain is almost assuredly the Republican nominee while Barack Obama is surging past Hillary Clinton. The Democratic Party is the least democratic with Superdelegates more than likely the key to securing their nominee.

I am not a partisan of the Democrat or Republican Party and will oppose nominees of both parties.

I have phoned both Barack Obama and John McCain's Senate offices in Washington DC directly opposing the scorched earth and de facto posturing. I believe I spoke to a Shawn and a Robert respectively.

There is no clear reliable candidate on Homeland Security on either side of the aisle. What is clear is that the media is a handmaiden to disinformation. This has been a negative campaign from a logical standpoint.

The population of the United States is an informant based one attempting to sanitize history. There is my sovereign citizenship relationship with the president which is also universal for persons in the country and has ramifications in the social contract theory and as well as international law.

Secondly there is an intense and desperate attempt to gay bait me which I will easily defeat. The County of San Luis Obispo and Cambria were chosen to be a showcase for LGBT concerns. What is occurring is the emergence of Gay Irrationalism/Fascism with a no nothing culture involved in torture.

Earlier this morning at 10:00 am I called John McCain's Washington DC office to directly complain about conditions in Arizona and here in California.

President Bush in a recent trip to the Holy Land spoke of evil in the world. After visiting the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem, Bush stated, " I would hope as many people in the world would come to this place. It would be a sobering reminder that evil exists, and a call that when we find evil we must resist."

Here we can discern the moral integrity of President Bush and his irrationalism. The environmental despoliation have been deliberately escalated to absurd levels with his condonement. 2008 Presidential candidates of all parties are similarly following this pattern in the mode of sycophants.

The Michigan Primary is today and the results will hopefully be known within two hours.

Similarly the preaching of all faiths including my own are negligent in defecting or remaining silent. Christians are being retaliated against in Orissa, India which is a stronghold of Gaudiya Vaishnavism of which I practice. The United States is producing quantum amounts of contaminated produce and goods while attacking China of who I suspect is retaliating.
