The phone interview was supposed to occur in December. I have efaxed Barbara Boxer on this issue and it remains to be seen if anything will happen. Garberville CA Dear Mendocino District Attorney 3-30-07 I am writing you to complain of your de facto or negligent behavior in not acting upon the chemical assault ongoing in Mendocino for the past two days. I have no choice but to travel through Northern California. Besides the human cost, I would argue that Mendocino’s abalone fields and Sonoma's wineries will perish from their world class status. The Pacific Ocean from Ft. Bragg to past Albion is contaminated as well as the air. All the potable water and food in a majority of restaurants and stores has been comprised by spraying. A mundane argument of SYSTEM EFFECTS WILL NOT FREE ANY SHERIFF'S DEPUTY FROM A CRIMINAL CHARGE OF CHEMICAL ASSAULT. IN ADDITION THE MARIJUANA CULTURE HERE AND THE LGBT CULTURE ARE BEING RECRUITED TO INSULATE LAPD (ACCOMPLICE). LAPD IS CLEARY BEING IDENTIFIED AS ORDERING THE ASSAULT ON ME. WHAT IS CLEAR IS THAT THE DOMAIN OF THIS ASSAULT IS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. YOU HAVE THE DISCRETION TO PROSECUTE IN YOUR JURISDICTION OR REQUEST ASSISTANCE. I AM NOT GAY OR BISEXUAL AS HEARSAY HERE IMPLIES. I DO NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. MY VEDIC BELIEFS ARE BEING ATTACKED ALSO WITH THE INTENT THAT I SUPPORT DRUG USE AS A MECHANISM OF SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTMENT. TRIPURARI MAHARAJ, A GURU WHO HAS AN ASHRAM IN THE COUNTY, WITH A SIMILAR ORIENTATION BUT MORE LIBERAL THAN MINE IS ALSO A TARGET. HE DOES SUPPORT THE LGBT POSITION AT LEAST IN PART. Blythe CA I have just received notice that my complaint will not be heard. This still does not clear Barbara Schneider or the school from RICO statutes which have a ten year statute of limitations. Blythe CA One of the current focuses here in Blythe is the isolation of this community which is has one of the highest unemployment rates in the USA. Mendocino is in the Marijuana Golden Triangle of California. I DO NOT SUPPORT MARIJUANA. THE BALTIMORE STUDIO ARE ALLEGED TO BE GROWERS. MENDOCINO HAS A BAD HUMAN RIGHTS HISTORY IN THIS EVENT. Blythe CA I have filled a new complaint against Abe Ali and Barbara Schneider. It is not appropriate at this time to elaborate any further until a recommendation or decision has been reached. New Complaints Will Go Out In December
Blythe CA New complaints will be written against Barbara Schneider and Human Resources head Abe Ali in December. The issues against Schneider are the same. I will argue that Abe Ali is guilty of violating my rights to due process and is under the color of law. The abuses by Schneider are so obscene and manifest that it would be impossible for a legitimate investigation to uncover and wrongdoing. This issue is one of legal and historical integrity. The College of the Redwoods in Humboldt and Del Norte County has one of the poorest human rights records in the history of this country. The race events of the 1960s in the deep south also reflect a deep lack of consciousness. The marijuana and LGBT or gay communities are involved here and they are not victims. There is no way to accommodate the predacious criminality involved here. I have given parties more than adequate time to remedy any acts without complaints. This has not happened. I am clearly not obligated or constrained to any of the above parties. Even in my demise history will be the last court. Abe Ali Responds October 31, 2006 Just in time for Halloween, Abe Ali has claimed he has completed the complaint process. His sham will go down into human rights history as one of the most disgraceful acts of sanitization. If Barbara Schneider is not guilty you will have to be an axe murderer or a sworn official. I am not jesting or using literary devices. The next level of development in complicity downward would be The Baltimore Studio or The Studio. Appeals October 12, 2006 I have just filed an appeal to the original complaint. Abe Ali has interviewed Sally Nightingale to dismiss my complaint. This is whitewash. I have not seen the questions or answers used to reach a decision. This is a very serious criminal matter. I do not wish to elaborate while the proceedings are under way although this is an option that remains on the table. I will exhaust all options and document and proceed to create a legal history as needed. Please see the Complaints page. Update August 30, 2006 I have filed a new complaint against Barbara Schneider. This was done in Siskiyou CA. This county is near Del Norte. This pitted localisms versus truth. In reality all it is doing it staging a clown show of persons who are disadvantaged and dependent of the police for petty crimes as shoplifting and growing marijuana. What is unique is the small business owners and RV tourists are also ensnared. One should consult the other sites as I attempt to develop the texture into definable roles. I do not have a large amount of internet time at the present. The Ball is in Their Court February 28,2006 I have made a strong movement to close the texture in this event. I will state this episode will be a cornerstone and precedent in defining the history of what has transpired, what is legal, and what is sound ethical behavior. The environment is predacious and deindividuated. I cannot see any manner historically in which I could lose. Complaint Initiated February 28, 2006 I have forwarded a Complaint to Chancellor Marshall Drummond over the events of last summer at the Del Norte campus. This issue is extremely poor. I am consistently depressed by having to make so many redundant and what should be unnecessary motions to various authorities. This entails the psychological formation of defeatism and handicapping failure. After completing such I feel much more dignified. This is not a large school this campus only has about 200 summer students and perhaps inclusive of all locations 10,00O students. Del Norte County is more well known for Pelican Bay which is the most serious lockdown in the State of California. The interesting panorama is that I have once again made a historical written document in Inyo County. People here, as all locations are baited and switched into believing they are special which never could be under considerations off equal protection. In the end, just as Chronos had to slay his father, many young adults are facing subpoenas. Here there is the danger of perjury even if one has not caved in and performed any criminal act under the label of "deals". I do not share at all in the localist orientation which is quite strong in the west. This same can be said of Northern California which is a distinct region of California to the degree in which another state could be formed although it would be the West Virginia of the west. I believe the spiritual identity which I do have is be attacked and belittled. This is a Vaishnava. There is a concrete history here that will also link to Delaware. This is in nexus to the myth of dug trafficking. As stated I am caffeine clean. Any child can walk into any drug or health food store and purchase any product that I may consume. This includes no alcohol.
