The Impunity Continues

Dateline 1-11-2006

The culture of impunity continues. The average citizen who disregards rights to act as an agent of de facto persons, which means criminal is an accomplice of a criminal. LAPD wishes to use both law enforcement and the LGBT communities as shields from prosecution. The alienation of my rights and the jurisdictional setting is quit severe. In this consideration one should note that all areas have been heavily involved in perpetuating abuse. The lesser of two evils approach is fallacious. It only achieves the exact opposite result than a remedy, it expands and multiplies abuse.

The use of what persons call The Phone is one of the key delivery mechanisms of torture. This faux pax of behavior will be one of my favorite targets. Prisoner's Dilemma is the main devil which simply is defected to an interest. This is not fallacious if the act is based on the rule of law and rights.

One of the components of this event is multiplication. The authors wish to expand this event claiming that it cannot be prosecuted. LAPD is intensely attempting to set up the Delaware State Police as the movers.

Jack Abramhoff has been indicted. The federal attorneys state that he may testify against as many as twenty congresspersons and aides.

Avian flu has spread to Turkey with three deaths. The crowding out effect again must be continually monitored.

Magnitude of Corruption

Happy New Year! Please bear with me as this site is still undergoing minor cosmetic changes. The issue of importance is changing the dependency that has supported this debacle for what will be 20 years of torture and 19 years of scorched earth.

I have not added webrings for this site yet but will in the future. I am working as fast as I can. All of these acts are marginal. What has occurred psychologically is that I or others in similar situations may not be able to navigate their lives into a safe situation. They will need help from somewhere.

There is much fuss over The Culture of Corruption. Nancy Pelosi D- San Francisco has adopted this as her mantra. I have emailed her several times on this issue and I hope she begins to lead and not talk.

I am monitoring the avian flu scenario. I am seven miles from the Sonny Bono Bird Sanctuary on the Salton Sea now.

I am going to attempt to study more law and psychopathology this year. I believe it is valuable to hierachialize skills. This will at least gain respect and increase one's dignity.

Symbols and Identity

The use of symbols and identity is integral in the support of both individual and collective personality. Here the criminal movers wish to be condoned by a hero martyr whom in reality has helped destroy his self and society. The isolation of the individual with the aid of a corrupt government and media easily helps facilitate the creation of propaganda in lieu of actual historical documentation. Symbols are only representations of an actual thing or event. The disintegration of the English language by LAPD creates a class barrier. I am being demonized as person of marginal education. While not totally fulfilled in this area learning is a perpetual process.

The majority of the informants, which is substantial are approached by the use of circuitous loops of malicious frivolous loops of banter that would earn one an abnormal diagnostic in DSM IV.

The layered hierarchy of LAPD, Delaware State Police, Baltimore City Police, and The Baltimore Studio to bait and switch these agencies. The attempt now is delivery the Delaware State Police as the main criminal principal. Baltimore City Police are in the background and mostly unseen.

The Baltimore Studio are Gay- Bisexual. There main purpose is to mutilate evidence framing me as Gay-Bisexual. In some twisted way it is thought if I was I would be too incompetent stand up for my rights. This brings to mind the mentally ill homeless who pertain to this orientation. Even still if a few persons would be that dependent to survive someone should and eventually will advocate that person.

I have returned to Bishop California and indeed the corruption of the population is easily demonstratable. Bishop and Inyo County have modulated from being the worst to one of the better locations. The culture of impunity is developed by having the corrupt police layered. Worst is LAPD and then Delaware State Police. The Baltimore PD are in the background and are unseen. LAPD is attempting to frame the Delaware State Police as the lead principal criminal mover. They are essentially dependent on LAPD to obstruct justice to survive through this event. The Baltimore Studio whom LAPD wishes to named The Studio to separate Aaron as The Baltimore Studio and the remaining members as The Studio.

If anything I initiated in a great degree a majority of the formal education of these musicians. At this point it is to my understanding that Jim is greater by reading Guitar World theory columns which will help but is probably only the first year or less in complement to an AA music degree. Spelling chords and scales will help. But one has to do part writing and counterpoint to encompass the polyphonic capabilities of the guitar.

In the abstract a behavior as slamming a car door or object to false imprison one is designed. The 2nd  Restatement on Torts should be consulted. This behavior is then introduced to persons in an environment. One of these places was New Raman Reti in Alachua, Florida. I have been there and have sued ISKCON over this event. I may receive a nominal $500 settlement with a release from them.

The ashrams mission is develop varna-asrama or the Vedic Social System. This behavior is then radiated attempting to blame the Hare Krishnas for this behavior. The prostitute in Morro Bay is one such person. After this in particular is the Librarian Technician at College of the Redwoods Del Norte. The two both have criminal grand jury complaints. I will file a complaint against College of the Redwoods asking for disciplinary action against this person.

If no adequate remedy is given such will move to federal court. As of open public record she will be identified in a professional manner. The grand jury is sealed. Federal court only seals records sparingly.

Here we have a serious cognitive defect based not on the Bill of Rights but whether the Librarian Technician, who has a Master's Degree will be condoned and supported. Inyo County has one of the lowest crime rates and HIV rates in the United States. Del Norte County has entered a period of collapse. The whole will return to devotees at New Raman Reti where the deindivuation concept is a major concern. After the settlement is reconciled the devotees will be named. One could go to PACER or the federal court and discover such with little effort.

The folly also has foils of using drug dealers from Delaware and Northern California as heroes. This is ludicrous on its face as aptitude. Lombroso, a criminologist has stated that up to 80% percent of the persons he interviewed were criminals. Bishop with a population of less than five thousand would support this. If this librarian and the Delaware State Police are implicated then in reduction the cleanest persons by group are the 13 year olds and less.

This is a very small rapid summary of how hostaging is achieved by supporting LAPD. To rectify this THE SCORCHED EARTH is going to render everything moot.

As soon as I stated I would document this the Red Herring situation begins. I have been a lifelong heterosexual and remain so and support that position although I am more tolerant than most conservatives to the right of Rudi Giuliani.

In this contest I have emailed Deb Price of the Detroit News and GlADD who both advocate this platform. It is clear that LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are going to be some of the most infamous persons in the history of their orientation's social movement.

I have received a letter in reply from Senator Dianne Feinstein D-CA over a request fro assistance in the homicide of Hladini an ISKCON devotee killed in the civil war and genocide in Liberia near Thursday, 13th September 1990. This event was extremely brutal and appears to been directly ordered by Prince Johnson. I had previously stated that I thought I had met her. I have been an associate of her ex-husband Mahananda dasa of Alachua, Florida. Without knowing this I have been emailing the FBI with copies of her memoriam. I have been a member of Amnesty International since about September of 1996.

On Sean Hannity Forums there is a Sisipula who is either using satire in poor taste or is not serious about the Vedas. This person appears to advocate some use of torture in the War on Torture. Sisipula was slain By Krishna in order to guarantee the marriage of Rukmini.

This does not guarantee that the Senator will do anything significant but it helps. Meanwhile in Russia President Putin and Archbishop Nikon have co-acted to renege on property so that devotees can build a new temple after razing their last one. This is a current issue and there has been some violence.

In correlation the ISKCON lawsuit is hopefully coming to a close with a hearing set for March 29, 2006. I see today also in close that President Bush has only a 39% approval rating. Avian Bird Flu has killed 93 persons worldwide. Germany has won the 2006 Winter Olympics on the brighter side.

Law, Rights, and Extortion

I have just upgraded my IBM A21M with a USB networking device. This feature increases file transfers enormously. This is a low-tech revolution. However this model does have Windows 2000 Professional also obsolete but then again totally functional. I am beginning to slowly develop a corporate history presentation that will integrate both Profit and Non - Profit Management. The lack of leadership, hence being dependent has incurred unfathomable cash and non-cash costs. It is tremendously easy to despoil property. In the madness of Plutocracy many theorists and real managers have stressed running everything as a business. I have just begun to make a monthly budget and pay down credit card debt.

This model is only a marginal or incremental benefit. One has to oppose the oppressive FATALISTIC MICROMANAGEMENT that lies outside the Rule of LAW . The marginal and this is a parsimonious use of term has the cost of condoning mismanagement from various levels of government to escalate costs that are not being taken into consideration. This will be in the TRILLIONS of dollars. In degree the buck stops at the president's desk.

If a criminal orders one to perform an act one has delivered extortion. Here are two related definitions.

It is a felony in all states, except that a direct threat to harm the victim is usually treated as the crime of robbery. Blackmail is a form of extortion in which the threat is to expose embarrassing, damaging information to family, friends or the public.

It is one form of extortion (which may include other threats such as physical harm or damage to property).

One cannot obey a criminal even if this person is a regular law enforcement official or government official. This will then also involve the color of law.

n. the appearance of an act being performed based upon legal right or enforcement of statute, when in reality no such right exists. An outstanding example is found in the civil rights acts which penalize law enforcement officers for violating civil rights by making arrests "under color of law" of peaceful protesters or to disrupt voter registration. It could apply to phony traffic arrests in order to raise revenue from fines or extort payoffs to forget the ticket.

These concepts are not at all hard to grasp for a reasonable person. The pattern of extortion and blackmailing exists because the president is entangled in this situation.

The Rule of Law

One of my greatest concerns is the culture writ large and the rule of law. In this modality we are granted rights from the civil state. This in itself is problematic. I will argue that spiritual and natural rights exist a priori to the incorporation of the state. The culture is being conditioned to accept the intimidation of a few and the mob in lieu of incorporated rights.

This problem is not unique to democracy and has plagued political philosophers from ancient times. It appears the rule of force is inherent in the species.

It has been 20 years since there has been a transparent due process in the courts. In lieu there is purge in continuo. Tom Delay R- Texas is announcing that he will resign his seat. Two of his former aides have pleaded guilty.

I will also develop a corporate history website. As seen the plutocratic model of management is bearing bad fruit. The Jack Abramhoff  and Duke Cunningham corruption probes appear only the beginning of the purge of public persons. It is clear that with near 48,000 persons being incarcerated and 2.1 million prisoners to date there is a serious defect in the culture at its base and leadership.

I believe that after 20 years the culture is becoming complacent in lawlessness. In the next 10 years with the crowding out of other externalities the damage to both natural and incorporated persons will increase even if this event continues.

Travel

I am in Reno, Nevada waiting to travel by train to Delaware. Currently the Bush White House is in turmoil. There are many changes under way. Scott McClellan has resigned. Karl Rove is losing policy making duties. Donald Rumsfeld is under growing pressure to resign.

I will have a new computer next month. The IBM A21 I have is quite rugged. It is of more benefit to replace than upgrade. I will attempt to do more work in the two weeks I will be in Delaware.

Open letter to Governor Minner, Homeland Secretary David Mitchell, DA Robert O’Neil, Superintendent Maclish

There still persists a culture of de facto leadership in the State of Delaware that has been in- continuo for the past twenty years.

The conditions of scorched earth and illegal electronic surveillance endures. I have alleged in over 26 United States Federal Court pleadings that LAPD of Los Angeles is running this operation which places such clearly in violation of mutual aid violations from the Delaware Code.

What is unique is that in other jurisdictions Los Angeles PD will blame the Delaware State Police. As I have testified Federal Court:

There are seven members with various code names that mutilate evidence.

Slander has been very active. I have attended college from 2000 until then end of 2004. I have achieved a GPA of 3.8 over the past 60 credits. I have maintained a GPA of 3.18 with 149.5 transferable credits. I have a GPA of 3.32 with 130 credits in the University of California system which has their own criteria for accepting units.

Whoever wishes to suggest otherwise should back this up with whatever assets they own.

I have successfully transferred and am a senior in good standing at Columbia College of MO. I am not attending currently.

Slander at public places as Green Tree Shopping Center, UPS, Staples, and Acme only damage the credibility of this state.

Another facet of this de facto culture is the creation of a red herring - straw man.

LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are Gay-Bisexual.

Totalitarian systems tend to isolate individuals and collectives from the whole.

In degree I have been a lifelong heterosexual including the years I have lived here. I have complained to the Delaware State Police Internal Affairs of the Gay Baiting of the Delaware State Police during Gerald Pepper which would also slander other one time or current residents of this area.

Another consideration is the baiting of a standard of alleged local drug dealers as a standard for citizenship.

This issue was addressed in CV- 487 Nollmeyer versus Delaware. This case is still curiously lost at the Federal Archives in Philadelphia.

All my civil complaints arise from corrupt practices of competent sworn officials to not press or investigate events.

Corruption Revisited

I am enroute to Reno NV on the Amtrak train. It is about 5:00 Am in Toledo OH. Delaware is urbanizing. I have renewed enthusiasm to pursue this issue. The culture of support of this event is profound. The population is overwhelmingly distracted. A security system would have little trouble opprimanding a population any where in the world at this level.

What would occur is that the rule of law would shift from transparency to the police or military. As long as overt violence against a large part of the population does not occur they will be easily controlled.

The population will be more concerned with their own security and economics.

I belong to Amnesty International. I have considered going to the next general meeting. I believe I would only make a fool out of myself although such would be credible from a historical perspective.

Delaware State Police Woes Continue

DOVER — A federal court jury awarded almost $2 million Wednesday to three troopers who claimed they were subjected to retaliation for speaking out about problems at the now-closed state police firing range in Smyrna.

The U.S. District Court jury in Wilmington deliberated about six hours before finding that the current and former superintendents of the Delaware State Police violated the constitutional rights of Cpls. Kurt Price and Wayne Warren and Sgt. Christopher Foraker.

The seven-member jury found that former police superintendent Aaron Chaffinch and his successor, Col. Thomas MacLeish, acted “recklessly, maliciously, or intentionally” in retaliating against the troopers for exercising their free speech rights.

The jury also found that Chaffinch defamed Foraker in suggesting to the media that Foraker was to blame for problems at the firing range, where problems stemming from poor design and construction surfaced almost immediately upon its opening in 1998. The jury rejected Foraker’s contention that MacLeish also defamed him in a television interview.

The jury awarded compensatory damages of $862,395 to Price, $543,276 to Warren, and $74,676 to Foraker. Each of those amounts includes $2,200 for emotional distress, injury to reputation and humiliation.

Chaffinch was ordered to pay punitive damages of $15,682 to Foraker, $113,625 to Warren, and $181,103 to Price. MacLeish was ordered to pay punitive damages of $6,720 to Foraker, $48,697 to Warren, and $77,615 to Price.

“Their honor has been restored,” said the troopers’ attorney, Thomas Neuberger.

Defense attorney Edward Ellis said he was disappointed by the verdict, and that his clients maintain that they did nothing wrong.

The jury handed down its verdict one day after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that government workers do not have absolute free-speech protections for what they say in the course of their official duties.

“I think that decision is likely to have some effect on the current case, and we’ll be dealing with it in post-trial motions,” Ellis said. “And of course we’ll be dealing with the possibility of appeal.”

Neuberger said the Supreme Court ruling does not apply in the firing range case because his clients were punished for speech that was not part of their official duties as staffers at the firing range, which was closed in March 2004.

The three troopers claimed that Chaffinch and then-Lt. Col. MacLeish initially ignored their concerns about high levels of toxic metals and other problems at the range, then began harassing them after they met with state auditors in the spring of 2004.

Ellis argued that the plaintiffs were at least partly to blame for environmental problems at the firing range because they stopped doing maintenance on the bullet trap in December 2003, shortly after Foraker was transferred back to the range under court order after winning a previous lawsuit against Chaffinch.

Neuberger argued that Chaffinch was out for revenge against Foraker — who sued him in 2002 after being transferred from the firing range in retaliation for reprimanding a friend of Chaffinch — and that Price and Warren were “collateral damage.”

Price was forced to resign in April after using up his accumulated leave time, and Warren is nearing the end of his accumulated leave as well, Neuberger said. Both men were declared unfit for duty after being diagnosed with hearing loss, but they argued that other troopers with physical disabilities, including hearing loss, have been allowed to remain on the force.

Ellis argued that, regardless of previous agency practices, MacLeish was left with no choice but to order Price and Warren to separate from the police force after doctors determined that their hearing loss presented a danger to themselves, their fellow troopers and the public.

“The jury saw through the whole pack of lies,” said Neuberger, who has won a host of lawsuits against the police agency in recent years for its treatment of troopers.

As he did repeatedly with Chaffinch, whom he has described as a “serial violator” of the constitutional rights of troopers, Neuberger reiterated his call for MacLeish to resign.

“I don’t think anything will change as long as Ruth Ann Minner is the governor,” Neuberger said.

Through a spokeswoman, Minner declined to comment on the jury verdict and referred calls to Ellis.

College of the Redwoods Update

The cost of United States Federal lawsuit has risen to $350 USD. This will hold back my planned lawsuit against College of the Redwoods and Barbara Schneider in August until I exhaust administrative measures. This suit or another will definitely occur.

In the meantime LAPD and The Studio are still attempting to perpetuate the fraud that I am a member of LGBT community. All group type of classifications in my analysis are static and facing huge defeats.

I will go forward in developing a new site Red Herring - Straw Man that deals with the fallacies of logic, totalitarianism, and corruption that is part of the informant culture that LAPD recruits.

The social environment is totally corrupt and cowardly. I am positing my activities that we are in the endgame of this event. This is maybe 15 years or slightly more.

The police, public officials, and the members of the public who help harass and intimidate persons are facing civil as well as criminal punishment.

I am 100% certain that Barbara Schneider would go to prison as well as face prison for her antisocial activities.

Observations of the Zeitgeist

I am just finishing spending the July 4th Weekend in a very inconspicuous location. The 1 millionth AIDS case has just transpired. By average 24,000 persons more are incarcerated than at the beginning of the year.

LAPD is still attempting to develop and spread the slander that I have been a Gay or bisexual at different parts of my life. This is easily refutable by behaviorism. I defy anyone to present any evidence or any male person who I have had same sex contact with.

I am developing a new website Red Herring - Straw Man that will be up and running in August. In relation, I am suppose to dependent and in awe of drug dealers and sinsemeilla growers.

Here one can posit that I am also not for this activity in Delaware and I do not support the criminal activity of the Baltimore Studio.

Siskiyou County is adjacent to Del Norte County where College of the Redwoods is located. By confronting Head Librarian Technician Barbara Schneider legally and historically, I am also confronting the groupism - localism paradigm which I am against.

The tactics here demonstrate the concept of material identity. This is to state that one will form an identity of person and collective from inductive experience from objects in the external environment. In this instance food, clothing, shelter, and reproduction all must occur in a specific setting in a localized area.

LAPD continually wishes to present me as individual that did not attend college and emulates drug dealers. Here in Northern California there is a very large commercial drug culture relative to per se Delaware.

The individuals in Delaware are facing three strikes under Habitual Offender statutes they yield automatic life sentences upon conviction after certification.

I would be best served if the Delaware State Police arrested 100 more individuals per year and so would they. This would be proactive law enforcement and seems unlikely.

Everywhere I go the profiling that is dehumanizing is used advocating the lower 10 percent of the population that is most likely to serve prison time and be alienated from economic opportunities.

The myth of the ‘Sinsemeillia Dealer’ was a target to be exposed. Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte, and now Siskiyou all have export level operation in place.

In Delaware expect to see individuals testify from life prison sentences on the history of this event in this state. This will directly contradict the ‘holy than thou’ treatment that this state is receiving.

I am predicting and operating on the assumption that Delaware will break into the top ten states in Part I felonies by 2010.
 

If Barbara Schneider is guilty and a poor example for a woman historically what would this make all John and Jane Does regardless of their location?

This is absurd. I do not even drink alcohol, gamble, or do illegal drugs. The Gay community is a shield. There is legislation that is being proposed in California that wishes to promote the contributions of the GLBT community. The destruction that has occurred should also be inclusive if such wishes to be credible. History should state the objective facts not be a filter to white wash.

Hrdayanada das Goswami of ISKCON has written a paper wishing to promote Gay Monogamy as a legitimate Vedic position. This does not conform to Guru - Sadhu - Shastra.

In this degree my position conforms to the conservative line.

New Raman Reti

I have just corresponded with a lawyer for ISKCON. This organization has just finished an US Federal Court approved settlement with upwards of 500 creditors. The total settlement is about 10 million USD and will rise.

The debtors advertised themselves as willing to settle cases that were out of statute of limitations. It is unique to note that any serious legal matters went past the statute for my case.

Chandrasekara Swami and Mahananda prabhu were respondents in the original RICO case I brought against New Raman Reti. The present case without this settlement at least on paper would have bankrupted the debtors.

What us unique is that Mahananada's wife was killed by Prince Johnson in Liberia in the 1990s. I have japa beads or more succinctly harinam initiation from Mahananda prabhu.

I have on several occasions attempted to advocate Mother Hadlini's plight to the FBI who should be tracking Prince Johnson. I have also mailed Senator Feinstein on this. I have a cryptic letter from her expressing interest in something I sent her but I do not what.

I am relieved. Here a circular folly includes New Raman Reti and Mahananda as spiritual judges and or principals that justify harassment under the colour of authority.

Endgame and Recapitulation

This should be my last post from the Mt. Shasta - Siskiyou CA area. I have not seen or have been spooked by a bear in about one month which is good. These bears are not aggressive here. I did see huge cougar prints this morning on a park road outside of Mt. Shasta this morning.

The American public has passed this ordeal by. I believe it is good for one to maintain one’s life and sustainability.

What is not evident is that the human species is overwhelmingly fatalistic - dependent. No one has the courage or moral legitimacy to stand up to the corruption. This is impossible when one is corrupt. I do not see the criminals turning themselves in or making peace with such.

Here we see the end of a generation and the close of a business cycle. The straw man or invented history of my self is sustained only through totalitarian isolation.

The major identity would be a dependent homosexual or bisexual who is a drug user. This person would look up to popular figures as rock musicians and also drug dealers. He would also smoke marijuana and drink alcohol.

This person would depend on deals from the police to steal from stores. HE WOULD ALSO PARTICIPATE ACTIVELY IN THE DOOR SLAMMING AND HARASSMENT. He would be a poor student. He would support the Baltimore Studio or Studio as the have wished to called. He would favor Delaware. He would be dependent on relatives to die to inherit money.

In short I refute this profiling attempt. I contradict everything in this abuse of law enforcement tactics.

The Dynamics of Abuse and the Environment

I am spending a week in along highway 299 in northern California. The area is quite scenic with views of both Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen. This are is about 20 miles from where I had a pre-dawn confrontation with a cougar.

This area is quite rural. Towns have populations of less than 1000. My main interest under human law is to arrange CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND ASSET DIVESTURE.

There is very little terrain left to navigate. If I could find a sustainable situation outside of California I would avail myself to such.

About ten years ago I was in Ruidoso, New Mexico prior to the election of William Clinton to the presidency. The town was quite abusive. This are is rural also and the population should have been prosecuted.

It appears that these individuals will escape formal prosecution but may be subject t other de facto events.

Here in California there is a structural shift to this area which also includes Oregon up to Eugene and downward along the state line to through Nevada and Arizona to Mexico.

This is both moral and logic. The populations in these areas should be civil as they are now becoming the most likely to be prosecuted.

Recapitulation and Refocus Towards Prosecution

I am at my home base. I first passed through the Owens Valley I believe in 1991. The area was not as escalated as it is now. I attempted to spend the summer in Tonopah and Hawthorne Nevada. These two areas are in the the top ten poorest areas in the United States. LAPD has continually escalated Inyo County. This area as I have repeatedly stated has been the worst area in prosecutable criminal offenses in the country.

California has 172,000 prisoners in a corrupt system. Recidivism is running at a 70% level. It probably is much lower here in a county of 20,000 which can lose population which is hard to comprehend.

Inyo County will be a showcase for what is right and wrong, and strong or weak. The era for talk is over. LAPD is still attempting to rally the homosexual or LGBT community here. This will prove my position that is species based that all persons, all humans are capable of committing human rights abuse which also submits their financial holdings to forfeiture.

LAPD is still attempting to use reverse discrimination and invent me as member of this social group. I have already contacted the major advocacy groups for this culture and THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING.

In this light I am totally advocating a cognitive behaviorism approach that includes PUNISHMENT AND EDUCATION. The former is for justice and the latter for rehabilitation. I do not see the educational level of this area being that high or strong. Talking at an antisocial population is foolishness. I would rather see the locals in prison. LAPD attempts to aggrandize the Delaware State Police. Their downward spiral is approaching a catastrophe if they do not pull up. There is an ongoing Homeland Security sweep there. 104 persons were just arrested in Kent and Sussex county.

The generation is coming to pass. The horse and pony crowd here has essentially done nothing to prevent the human rights abuse and destruction of the environment. I will definitely make a legal and historical stand from Inyo County California.

Last year I stated that I wanted to make six websites. College of the Redwoods, Cuesta College, and The Baltimore Studio are up.

The Red Herring-Strawman site was included and not planned. I need to make sites for LAPD and the Delaware State Police. Inyo County will be included by the end of 2006.

Going Along to Get Along...

Going along to get along or just getting along. I have stated that I believe that 90 percent of the population is criminal. I use this number at least 80 percent to calculate effectiveness of a decision. Recently the Delaware State Police made a Homeland Security sweep. 104 persons were arrested. I would statistically calculate that over 81 persons were against me. I calculate that my base is about 10 percent of the population and far less than 1 percent would ever do anything until you publicly expose the leadership.

Consider are the last four presidents going along to get along? Or are they just getting along?

The civil war in Iraq is turning against President Bush. Over 85 Americans have been killed in Iraq and the war on terror. I would state that about 70 percent of these soldiers are against me.

The only states that I have not traveled to are Alaska, Montana, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Vermont. I am rapidly approaching being a walking ethnography of blue line America. This would be in the future tense of what will be taught.

I have bold stated previously that I create the WINNERS and LAPD creates the LOSERS.

I will state again that the Delaware State Police and The BALTIMORE STUDIO OR STUDIO are LOSERS.

Look for a website for the Delaware State Police by Thanksgiving.

It appears that the Democrats are going to win the election in two weeks. I will deal with whomever is the victor. I do not vote and believe that the whole process and participants are shameless disgraces that will just GET ALONG.

  The Creation of Strawman Arguments

The creation of false arguments as a strawman, or a case that will collapse under scrutiny is at an all time high. These tactics of informal logical fallacies are linked to a class stratification concept.

LAPD desires to create a LGBT hero. I do not see a hero of any sort emerging in this event. There are going to be no winners at this pace. Any figure who can genuinely stop this abuse will deserve credit but the timing is glacial.

If such desire a LGBT hero why not one of the police. The Baltimore Studio or The Studio are a great example of a red herring/strawman. Jim is the only member who is at least partially revealed without a nom de guerre.

The four students from one of my courses at Cuesta College are another example of a shield that is no more than a strawman. I would like anyone from Cuesta College to step forward.

I argue from legal rights at this level. This more universal than hostaging four students and using their orientation as a shield.

Here the class stratification concept can be utilized. All of these above persons would not have a public recognition based on ordinary achievements.

I have done well academically recently and before in my life but have not been consistent. Challenging this abuse is where I will emerge historically. I do not believe that my presentation will be in its entirety disregarded.

The Myth of the Media

The creation of the Myth of the Media is an extension of the use of hostaging the Presidency. Here recently I am being promoted as being similar to CNN's Wolfe Blitzer. This individual is one of the more liberal TV journalists if  not the most. This is not state that I would totally disagree with him or be opposed to him because he proffers the opposite ideological perspective. My views are grounded in my faith and the natural law philosophy. Spinning current events is not where I would expect not have received much aid in this ordeal.

The Iraq Study Group has made 79 recommendations to President Bush to consider. I do not believe that the President considers my predicament integral to his personal and historical well-being. This is another miscalculation he has made.

I will state that I do support the Iraq War. I do not believe we should withdraw. I consider the level of sectarian violence in this country to be a civil war not contingent on static labels. There are over 3000 Iraqis being killed a month.

The media has their own INTERESTS. Until the reality principle overcomes any legal or profit position for such I would not support such and do not believe that they will act to identify the systematic abuse being perpetrated by the United States.

I am busy attempting to sort out these sites. In degree I argue that one person is not going to save the many from this event. The closest individual would be President Bush. He has appeared embattled. Wife Laura had a cancerous tumor removed last month.

President Ford has died. Saddam Hussein is facing imminent execution.

Without being indifferent, I believe that the majority of the population or a great person has to emerge with some functional rights.

I do not see the media or entertainment being of any use. Regardless I will email out the links in the beginning of next year.

I am slowly but steadily relying on my Vedic faith to strengthen. I am moving strongly towards nature. I do not see the culture having the sanity or will to challenge their task masters.

When the time comes for a p or q outcome that is negative for a person or the many, there is a likelihood that I might gain a small advantage.

I am attempting to emphasize Homeland Security which includes Law Enforcement. This will also reflect on the new sites up about LAPD and the Delaware State Police.
