Herein I will reprint a letter just emailed to Howard Dean and Anderson Cooper of CNN. This explains the modus operandi.
 
Dear Mr. Dean,
My name is David Nollmeyer. I am contacting you to inform you of a situation that abuses me and slanders you simultaneously.
I am the victim of the worst systematic human rights event in the history of the USA against one individual. This abuse pits a citizen
and one's constitutional rights against a de facto system of law enforcement and agents et al.

The model is bounded by a sovereign citizen or social contract theory. Hence the law enforcement attempts to create a conflict
between the citizen and one's head of state and or governor. The lack of response allows the fallacy of a multiplication to involve
the population writ large to deem prosecution untenable.
 
The model is essentially a blackmail and extortion ring. The law enforcement begins to blackmail one another. To prevent the revelation of the
ad-hominem one must attack or alienate another to prevent the blackmail. One is delivering blackmail and extortion. The new person to be
attacked is blamed for the existence of the ring.
 
David Nollmeyer is the constant as the focal target of the crime all other citizens are arranged between the sovereign and myself. The police
attempt to act as transparent agents, either myself their agents or the sovereign are guilty.
 
LAPD are the origin in this country. The Delaware State Police, and Baltimore PD are defacto and as are the unnamed Baltimore Studio who run
the electronic surveillance.
 
As the electronic surveillance and harassment, this is usually the slamming of car doors envelopes one the air becomes sprayed with chemicals.
I have lived for 17 years in this state.
 
In degree the LAPD and Baltimore Studio are homosexual or bisexual. I am a lifelong heterosexual. What is occurring is the Democratic Party
and Howard Dean are being used to hostage or false imprison one.
 
I am California resident and I sued Gray Davis within thirty days of his tenure due to his not using emergency powers to prevent an unknown
chemical spill which is pervasive. David Nollmeyer or one of my religious figures are supposedly sanctioning such.

I am in Lompoc CA, the police are advertising themselves as my advocates as I argue them as guilty as systematic tortures. They are advocating
the huge amount of human rights abusers as Howard Dean supporters. Arianna Huffington followers are also entrapped.

I do not support Howard Dean or any Democrat or Republican for President.
 
One should criticize Chief Bratton, Gov. Schwarzenegger, USAG Ashcroft, and President Bush to stop this absurdity.

Dateline 2-1-2004

The Presidential Primaries are underway with Kerry in the lead. The Patriots are ahead of the Panthers 21 to 16 in the 4th quarter of
Superbowl XXXVIII with seven minutes to play. I have started college again. The first week is over. This morning I emailed Ariel Sharon and
Tony Blair over the issue of human rights as a Freedom Writer. I have emailed Kerry, Dean, Edwards, and Clark over the case at hand. I will enclose a copy of the letter. Such regards the candidacy of Dean.
 
The ubermensche or superman discourse of Nietzsche also is part of this event and will be added later.
 
I also had to email Lamba a Gay Rights legal advocacy group. I sent the text version of this site up to this page. I have argued that this is
the most damaging event in the history of the Gay Rights Movement in the United States. If they read the 33 pages of text and plus use the links
most will be clear. I offered my assistance if they reply and desire such.

The situation here in Santa Barbara is a disgrace, the door slamming people and the spraying, and overall corruption spell the doom of the
Gold Coast tradition. The marijuana culture and the gay cultural victim position are embarrassing. I argue failure is in the species. The social
manmade boundaries are only window dressings. Ubermensche we are not.

The Panthers have tied the Patriots 29 to 29 with one minute to play. The Patriots have scored a field goal to take the lead 32 to 29 with 4
seconds to play. The Patriots have won the Superbowl 32 to 29. The Brahms Violin Concerto is over at the same time of which I am also listening.

It has been since the Superbowl since I have updated this page. I will be maintaining a stricter standard in the future. I believe I have done
well in my first Internet courses. I have an 88.5 with my last grades coming up in Critical Thinking and Composition. I missed the response on
a Blackboard assignment and like a fool accepted responsibility for it and lost ten points. I believe you could have added prompts late. The
professor's sister died of cancer and I am awaiting her to finish grading. I am doing well in the FrontPage 2003 class. I have yet to get
anything wrong on the graded tests. I have 379 points out of 379 points. You are allowed to retake tests until you get the score you need if it is
over 80. The project load is heavy though. If you are taking five courses you might have to settle for a low score instead of taking another
exam.
 
The intent here is to move into some more substantive theory. A zeitgeist based personality profile in a journal format is what is occurring.
I know an incredible amount of information and going to school is starting to compete with my other work. The older I get the more likely I am
to forget details. I am currently in the act of typing the Myth of the Contemporary Man.
 
It is Easter, I have been mailing complaints to the UNCHR or the United Nations Commissioner on Human Rights. Governors Schwarzenegger CA,
Erhlich MD, and Minner DE, all have complaints against such. This is the best manner to receive some results albeit in a latent manner. Chief
William Bratton of LAPD has already had domestic Internal Affairs complaints by my person. There is no telling if there is any positive
externality directly attributable to me for the ongoing prosecutions and dismissals in this department. Personally, I am claiming partial or marginal
credit for indirect pressure on those officials that are being for the greater part receiving civil punishment.
 
The most interesting role to texture is the fabrication of sexually identity to harass persons. There is no way to avoid such on my part as I
will defend my personally history without apology.

Ronald Reagan has been laid to rest with surprising peace and dignity-giving closure of some amounts to all parties concerned myself included.
I did not publish any major response regarding his negligence on this matter during his wake. Here is a copy of an email sent out to various
senators and media:

Ronald Reagan will be recognized as one world's greatest mismanagers. All most to the day on June 17, 1987 the United States entered into a
decadence lead by a defacto and negligent official as then President Reagan. The usurpation by rogue elements of law enforcement continues until
this day as LAPD cells code-named Caan or Dealers.
 
The 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution will give a broad focal contrast to the private interest of one man. The Convention
against Torture (CAT), which went into effect worldwide in late June of 1987, will also contrast the negligence also begun by Ronald Reagan.
 
Ronald Reagan was no friend to freedom and justice; he emerges as a weak fatalistically dependent person surrounded by incompetence, but
unwilling to use his presidential power to punish such.
 
Reagan is truly the first manifest president of a Perfect Dictator System; hence a tyrant who is actually elected by the citizens as in
Mexico. Convergent Totalitarianism, scorched earth and systematic human rights abuse will be Ronald Reagan's dishonor.
 
One can acknowledge this by mentioning David Nollmeyer.
 
The Great Communicator and the for profit partisan party and pulp commentators are not measured to reckon a prima facie criminal mismanager
and the three following presidents: George Bush Sr., William Clinton, and George Bush III that follow
Ronald Reagan's folly.

Ex-President Bill Clinton's memoir has been published as a best seller. I obviously would wish to counter my exclusion of the history of the
United States according to the said party. I am in Big Pine CA. I am very tired and have posted several times to AOL discussion boards (they have
a poor character. I mainly post hopefully for a model of some dignity on all sides, especially for the conservative one's. It is basically a
stink out). Never-the-less AOL is large and is condoning torture. If I still get singled out for my non-violent, but critical posts, I will push
a separate page that will demonstrate the media hoax and totalitarian censorship.
 
I have emailed Senators Hillary Clinton and Thomas Carper and as well Gov. Schwarzenegger the following memo.

What needs to be done at the present is to begin to present the subject of higher structural levels of cognition. In continuation LAPD and the
Baltimore Studio's role should be analyzed. The US Senate is beginning to debate Gay marriage, which I do not support. This entire event is
revealing its true color, Gay versus Straight. It is hard to believe that the Gay-Bisexual LAPD are still crying and wringing their hands over my
academic progress. My recent work is outstanding, 3.69 over about two years of work. My cumulative GPA is only 3.15. This will defeat almost
all the gay-bisexual-students that such has chosen to fight their battle.
 
The Fly, the ringleader, does not have the intelligence to realize that he is wrong. This is embarrassing for me but If anyone wished to
research this, it will also be embarrassing and redundant. I am interested in psychology and this is only a fraction of the conditioning I have to
endure.
 
I have applied to go back to Columbia College in October. I am 10 classes or thirty credits short of a B.A.
 
LAPD insists that The Baltimore Studio has taught me music which could not be further from the truth. I have the degree in music to prove
such. Their work ethic as a journeyman studio plus the class stratification boundaries imposed over such by LAPD will guarantee less than A.A out
of these members.
 
I do not believe the studio even could sight read music at the beginning or this event, spell scales or chords or even worse compose four-part
harmony. They are appealing to the illiterate popular music fan base. I have targeted UC California standards not a barroom. This will be born
out by transcripts and these high standards are also why I am not a music major at present. I do not even listen to popular music anymore.
This has been the case since the inception of this event. I have a MP3 player with about 65 CDs. All are classical or Vedic. I also listen to
Prabhupada lecture tapes.
 
Higher structural levels of cognition is a form consideration. A level one unit may be a motif, perhaps a beat up to maybe two bars, it could
be longer but that would be unusual. A level two structure is a foot or a phrase perhaps a small manipulation of the subject or motif. A third
level unit may be a section. This will have some development of the beginning materials and may approach standing alone as complete piece. A
forth level structure is the whole piece perhaps an ABA sonata, ABACA is a rondo, a symphony is ABACABA.
 
So then, as in the blind man and the elephant, some persons only have a lower level cognition of what is in their perception.

Psychopathology stresses the Lack of Conscience of those that meet the requisites of this illness. This component of criminality has
frightening implications.

It is official that John Kerry is the Democratic candidate for president. I believe he will. I AM CLEARLY NOT FOR KERRY, BUSH, NADER, AND
WHOMEVER ONE WOULD WISH TO ADD. Now that has been said I have been posting to various boards as talk about network. Their address is

I may no longer will be able to claim that most of work is sworn to public officials soon. These posts are done rapidly in a memo format. This

I chatted on AOL after Kerry's acceptance speech. It is, let me face it, name calling in the name of falsehood; dependency on display. Judge
Farnan, once Chief Judge for the US District of Delaware will probably set the standard for dismissing actions sua ponte or by one's will
regarding malicious and frivolous filings. This reflects chatting and the troll character of this domain.
 
I am still blocked on certain Christian sites on the cited board. It is probably the HBT agenda. My hand is starting to strain. I will continue
shortly in the future.

I have uncovered a novel position during my rewrites. The Myth of the Contemporary Man is my discovery journal of which the reference to the
de Mello family was found. John von Mallery is the focal target of MOEC and the main work Origin, which is yours truly. The Manchurian
Candidate with a twist.
 
The memo was quickly posted on a few discussion boards. Today is my birthday born August 3, 1961.
 
Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait on August 2 and Bush has accepted the nomination for president on August 3. The Statue of Liberty was re-opened
today.
 
In search of a Manchurian Candidate.
 
I have been reviewing my manuscripts. I have come across entries for a person John von Mallery from my book Origin that abstracts the
operational environment known as Lycurgus. The scorched earth component is known as Akbar.
 
For the first seven years or so 1987-1994 I was lead to believe I was related to Collor de Mello of Brazil. This is false but I believed such.
This would also relate one to the Daimler family of car fame. Regardless, the police had me believing such. Viera de Mello became the
United Nations High Commissioner on Human Rights and should of have dispensed with this case.
He was assinated in Baghdad. I am retyping my work. This position has been submitted in court in Delaware and San Francisco. The link will
provide case numbers.

It is one day before 9-11. I have finished retyping Myth of the Contemporary Man I. I do not know what to do. Writing or school has taken a
great deal of time.
 
Here is the preface. There is a cell model which I am assuming the reader has knowledge. This Organic Cell is much like the bot type viruses
that act like miniature operating systems in computers. In social sciences this concept is called a suprasystem. In your body such would be the
nervous system and one's brain.
 
Here I am discussing said models codons.

Preface

The current text is being undertaken in preparation and in-continuo of Iconoclast (tentative title). Currently such will also help explain the
outline to Origin as well as materials of Iconoclast and MOEC. The concept of MOEC Studies postulates neuter abstracts of Systems
Materials much like a universal cup of which various more particular concepts to this idea may be added. Hence, this allows for organization in
complex systems management to facilitate an objective means for comparative analysis.
 
An example is an individual is identified as a holon may be surrounded by Godhead of three or infinite traditions as Christian, Islamic or
Vedic at one time.
 
This component is the method used by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom to assemble a morphology of MOEC. The analogy is to codons to
complete the systematic artificial base (PHJ). Examples such as Nietzsche as Adam, Electra as Eve, Lenin as germ plasm and Stalin as model ruler have been imposed over Genesis of the Christian Bible. These materials are now a codon.

This information was developed along the lines of the theory of psychoanalysis. An explanation of this material is reflected in reflected in
Erich Fromm's book Road to Sanity. These examples are of a very sophisticated nature. They contain some logic but have a streak of
arbitrariness which permits the codons to be difficult to detect without aid from TPS, Cambridge, or agents.

The pattern of corruption continues. I am attempting to go to Columbia College for perhaps the last time in the near future. I have
been accepted and registered for Analysis of Psychological Systems and Management. If I attend I will strive for a 3.5 GPA. The situation
here in California is tight. Inyo County has done a good job to avoid a last place finish legally and historically. This ignominy will now be
held by Kent County, Delaware and or San Luis Obispo. Lompoc, as well as Humboldt County, California could somehow mysteriously re-emerge at
the bottom.
 
The LAPD are attempting to aggrandize Jim of the Baltimore Studio as my teacher. This will be amusing. Aaron has definitely caved in to the
police and is losing even to Jim as a composer. The information that I am exposed to proclaims Jim also superior as an ear trainer. This type
of weak force support for credibility will damage the proponents who will accept their slander that I am HBT. This is has been going on in a
rambling loop since 2000.
 
The HBT supporters that LAPD is attempting to rally should be concerned about their objectivity and sense of moral and legal justice.
They are first in line in exposure to this manner of disinformation.
 
If one were to index the litigants in the court docket there is noticeable attrition. The concept of lifespan and sustainable lifestyle is coming
to a fore. I am still in good shape physically but I believe that optimally I have perhaps twelve good years left or until 25.

Kerry-Bush debate tomorrow. I find it incredulous that these two characters even believe themselves.

Now that Bush has won the election I am so grateful that I did not follow the election on television. As seen I am for no candidate.
Superintendent Aaron Chaffinch of the Delaware State Police has been placed on administrative leave do to a new lawsuit against his person.
 
I am in Paso Robles CA. The County of San Luis Obispo is in the same predicament. A lawsuit against Cuesta College will happen next year if
all goes well. The climate here is low-grade and anti-social. The police dealers are exploiting class boundaries based on double bind drug
dealing entrapments. Hence choose the lower crime. This County could of been a showcase and like Delaware is a disaster area with a
negative reputation.

Open Letter to Gov. Minner, US District Judge Farnan, D. Mitchell and all Public Officials
 
Since June of 1987 I have alleged corrupt practices against the Delaware State Police for being fatalistically dependent in relation to
LAPD, CA. I have alleged that mutual aid violations with this department have resulted in SCORCHED EARTH. One cannot deny that
air is being sprayed it is yellow to the sight, there is abuse of electronic surveillance, and if you oppose these mechanism one will be
placed in de facto house arrest by persons slamming car doors.
 
DELAWARE IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN THE WORLD AT DEMONSTRATING FALSE COGNITION AND BEHAVIOUR.
 
I attempted to retrieve my lawsuit against the Delaware State Police and such is missing from the archives in Philadelphia. From Delaware
this is CV-448. It is probably sent back to Delaware or in a different box location.
 
This letter is a compliment to what is sworn legally at the International, federal, and state levels.
I have addressed these actions personally before the DA. Sheriff, and county officials in an Inyo County, CA meeting that was filmed where I
referred everyone to then DSP official Gerald Pepper.
 
I will close to remind all SWORN officials that violating an oath is a felony.
 
What was the content of the suit? THE CONTENT IS RICO AND TREASON AGAINST THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
 
INTERNAL TERRORISM ONLY ENCOURAGES THE UNITED STATES FOREIGN ENEMIES. DELAWARE IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF WHAT NOT TO DO.
 
I HAVE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED LAPD AND THEIR OFFICERS AS DEFACTO CONTROLLERS. I DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH PERIOD.
CHIEF BRATTON OF LAPD AND GOV. SCHWARZENEGGER HAVE FILED CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT.
 
The culture creates the conditions of its own elimination.
